Bryce Jordan Center

The Bryce Jordan Center

The Bryce Jordan Center (“BJC”) opened in 1996 and is named after Penn State’s 14th president, Dr. Bryce Jordan, who was instrumental in Penn State’s bid to join the Big Ten Conference.

All 15,261 seats in the arena have full back and arm rests and the arena explodes with energy from the high tech sound system and video scoreboards.

We are 243–74 at home in the BJC. Our home court advantage is real!

Practice Facility

Located within the Bryce Jordan Center, our Lady Lions have a dedicated Practice Facility that is accessible 24/7 and is just steps from their locker room, training room and weight room. The main court provides a game-like environment and is flanked by six additional auxiliary baskets.

The facility creates an environment that allows our players and coaches to conduct team practices and workouts with minimal scheduling conflicts. It also allows our Lady Lions unlimited individual access to courts in order to hone their on-court skills on their own schedule.

The Locker Room

The Locker Room for our Lady Lions is their second “home” here on campus. Each player has a well sized personal locker area with plenty of space for their all their gear and personal items. Players can relax (and take naps) in the player lounge that has a huge flat screen TV and Xbox.

There are also private bathrooms / showers as well as beverage and snack stations. It is just a few steps away to get to the court, training room, weight room, or coaches’ offices.
